Baked cod fillets. I'll be doing something one of our regular posters
calls TIAD: topping it with buttered breadcrumbs with grated cheddar
and flaked Parmesan. Cheese and fish? Oh No!
Oh yes. It's tasty.

Just slather the top of the fish with buttered
breadcrumbs and a little bit of cheese. I like dill weed with white
fish. But whatever herbs, salt & pepper. Add the grated cheese.
Nothing TIAD about it.
I add a couple of Tablespoonfuls of water in the bottom of the glass
baking dish to keep the fish moist. Bake the fillets (these are about 1
inch thick) at 350F about 15 minutes until it flakes easily.
That is also about the time it takes to make sure the breadcrumb topping
with cheese is lightly browned and slightly crispy. It really does
taste good.
I haven't decided yet on the vegetable side dish. So many vegetables to
choose from. I cook and freeze a lot of fresh vegetables.

Sorry, no
green beans!
