Red beans and rice with smoked sausage w/jalapenos , been on the
stove since about 3:30 , with a side of homemade cornbread . We use
white meal , the wife can't tolerate yellow (or most other corn products
, especially HFCS) . This is per the grandson's request , he and his 2
sisters go home tomorrow . We love 'em but Oh Happy Day ...
