She has a bit of a problem. She posts compulsively but runs out of

You must eat a lot more meat than I do. I could not eat a whole
Porterhouse. My wife and I usually split on. I get the tenderloin and
she gets the strip, so she gets at least twice as much meat as I do,
plus all the fat that would would discard but which she enjoys.
My preferred steak is a tenderloin, usually 5-6 oz. There is little or
no waste and it cooks in minutes.
