Not that I'd want to, but I can't exactly find a buffalo chuck roast to
grind at the grocery store. LOL

I posted about it because I found it odd Publix is selling ground
buffalo. And yes, the price is exhorbitant. I do grind my own beef,
Sheldon. I don't need ground beef often.
