I had some pork belly on skewers. This is uncured bacon with a sweet spicy Korean style sauce. It was just wonderful. I didn't make it but it's not too hard to guess what's in it.

Gochujang
Shoyu
garlic
jalapeno pepper
honey
sesame oil
