I use orange marmalade, take what I need and put the jar back in the
fridge, less of a problem than thinking what to do with a defrosted
opened can of OJ concentrate since we don't drink OJ. I always have a
started jar of orange marmalade as it's a favorite jam for buttered
toast and I like it spread on a slice of pound cake, I add some to
chocolate cake batter too, and use it in marinades, yesterday for
orange chicken.
