At the Newtown 'International Grande Market' (just north of VB BLVD and
to the left) they have little deli that serves food. It's mostly
Korean.

2 QT chicken stock
3/4 cup chopped frozen cooked octopus leg
12oz fishball
14oz crushed tomato
12oz frozen shrimp
1 heaping ts Vadouvan
5 generous shakes Cholula

Set that to simmer and make rice in the rice machine.


Rice machine: 1 cup dry medium grain, 2 cups water, 1ts dry chicken
broth seasoning.

Add some of the rice mix to the bowl, then ladle the soup over it.
