Actually I'd not bring pie to a pot luck, I don't eat pie, I don't
like pie crust and I despise most pie fillings... plus pie is messy to
serve, especially with a crowd serving themselves.
I'd bring this... for a crowd easily doubled, tripled, ?... and baked
in a large roasting/lasagna pan:
