There are a few things that people seem to love or hate. Fruitcake is
one. Then there is lamb and liver. I am sort of torn about liver. I
don't mind the taste. It is the texture I have trouble with. It is like
chewing on suede. While I don't eat fried liver, I love liver pate and
liverwurst.
