Freezing rice

Â* I'd think it can be ... I've seen TV dinners with rice as a side dish
, it seemed to come out all right . Interesting that you would bring
this up tonight , we had some "spanish" rice (no meat, just tomatoes and
seasonings) with our chicken fajitas for dinner tonight . We don't have
a history of eating leftover rice before it spoils and I was considering
freezing it for later . In a vacuum bag , that foodsaver is a great
preservation tool !
