I used salsa this time. What I use depends on what I have. I have found that
tomato sauce doesn't really absorb all the way unless I use just a little. I
did use brown rice. Would be kind of hard to get mush out iof that.

No to the olives! Love olives by themselves or in a cold salad. Not in
cooked food. Will leave in the fridge for a day or two and if he doesn't
come by in that length of time, will freeze it. Perhaps in very small bags
so it will thaw more quickly.
