I concur. I've frozen cooked rice - white or brown - in individual
portions to take for work lunches. By lunchtime, it's thawed and just
needs to be heated up. But as someone else mentioned, if the rice has a
heavy sauce it may come out mushy since most people don't have a device
for flash-freezing at home.
