I still don't own a cell phone. I did, years ago, when I was travelling
and my parents were still alive. I cancelled it shortly after they died.

Just a couple of days ago my home phone rang off the hook. The AT&T
"answerphone" tells me who is calling or what number they're calling
from. Sorry, I don't know anyone at that number. Don't know anyone who
would be calling from [whatever] state. They get my machine and <click>
they're gone. Damn telemarketers.

Unlike some people, I don't have a problem ignoring a ringing phone. If
I want to answer I will. If I don't, not a problem.
