The Brits may have started the practice but we made cheese bold and vibrant
and improved its shelf life and cooking qualities. We made a great product
that requires no refrigeration and which will be available for consumption
long after we've been nuked and stumbling zombie-like through the rubble
that used to be our domain. It is simply cheese perfected.
