In the municipality of Bel Nor MO an Occupancy Permit is necessary to be obtained when an OCCUPIED property is legally "sold" or "closed on". And upon inspection in June the Occupancy Permit Inspector of Bel Now FAILED this property on three pages if individual violations, which *I* need to remedy if *I* want the property to pass it;s Occupancy Permit Inspection! Which I DO!

Did you enter the contract before or after the inspection?
