All BS, whether broth or consomme depends on whether stock is
clarified. There is no such thing as "bone broth" because broth is
clarified stock. Bone broth is definately not a culinary term, sounds
like a Madison Ave. advertising term for squeezing dollars out of
imbeciles who never cook.
Most home cooks do not clarify their stock... I only clarify stock
when I'm making Jewish Penicilian; clear golden soup.
