He didn't. He doesn't even believe photographic proof. I doubt he's
ever made a standing rib roast. Or he'll call it TIAD. Don't care, I
happen to like it. This is what I make instead of turkey at

Oh, and the recipe is one my mother cut out from a newspaper. Yes, my
mother didn't like to cook. But she found this recipe for standing rib
roast and I've been using it since the 1980's. Stud it with garlic
