You can find all types these days. When you say unmarried raising
children well, it may be both parents living as a family compared to the
woman with 6 kids by 6 fathers.

Marriage is a commitment and if it does not work out, there are many
potential legal problems getting out of it. Though I've been happily
married over 50 years, it is not for everyone. As an adult with assets
I'd probably not marry and get tangled up with anyone. Unless she is a
billionaire, of course.
