Thanks for the first smile of the day! It feels good to be back. And
although this may sound strange, after re-subscribing to RFC, I'm going
back to low-carbing after a 1.5 month hiatus and an 8 pound weight gain.
I blame (actually *thank*) Alan (hahabogus) for reminding me that I am, in
fact, a diabetic, no matter how much I plug my ears and yell, "La-la-la-
la-la-la!
