I enjoy doing a marathon of cooking and baking for the freezer, too.
However, you have a good deal more freezer space than we do. I did
that a few weeks ago and now have very little extra space in our
freezers until we use some of it up. For most things I prefer
freezing, but we have several shelves of foods that I pack into pint
and quart jars and process, either BWB or pressure. We do have an
ample supply of food ready to go for when I either don't have time or
not in the mood to start something from scratch.
