My oven is broken and I want some breaded roasted/baked chicken thighs. Is
there a way to make something like that in my Kenmore Elite MW? It has a
convection setting but it's a PITA to use. There is a simpler Auto Roast
setting that uses the convection but the only poultry settings it has are
turkey breasts and whole chicken.

Suggestions? I also have an ancient little toaster oven. I wonder if it
would work for this? I've not used it for decades. Can't remember what it
was used for.
