Sinilar working. Probably this manual is for a newer model. My manual
doesn't go into nearly that much detail.

The biggest problem with my oven is it takes a VERY long time to reach
the required temperature, and when it does even sitting next to it I can
barely hear it beep. Very annoying. Be nice if I could set the temp and
come back later to see if it's ready, like a regular oven, but this one
only has that elusive beep. No message and it switches out of convection
mode if I don't almost immediately start baking after it preheats.

I love a good meal! That's why I don't cook.
