May not start that way but over time that's typically what occurs...
most platonic relationships don't take very long to become intimate.
And nowadays with email and cell phones it's rather easy to advance to
intimate quickly. The more someone tries to convince me that their
relationship with their spouse's friends are platonic the less I
believe them.
