I hafta say it's the cheapo seven inch skillet (bottom diameter) from
WallyWorld. Under $5.00 USDs!
I usta have a twelve inch skillet from WW, but after 5-6 yrs and using
it everyday fer that last 8 mos, it became "crudded up" (jes made up
that term), so I replaced it. I bought a newer 12" skillet (3 times
the cost), but the non-stick coating was NOT the same. I ended up
returning the crappy replacement and went with a smaller (but same
line as previously owned) skillet. Works great.
In fact, gonna buy another one, next Tue. Not so great fer four eggs
plus hash browns, but perfect fer pan-flipping 2-3 eggs. I now use my
"seasoned" French steel skillet fer hash browns. The "seasoned"
French skillet (de BUYER) looks terrible, but the perfectly-cooked
hash browns don't care.
