Hi Angie. I rarely eat cold breakfast cereal but occasionally do.
My favorites are Wheaties and Rice Chex. Pour on some ice cold
milk and sprinkle heavily with sugar. Probably 40% sugar to a
bowl. heheh

Nothing wrong with sugar. Just keep the daily count down.
