The car would easily break traction on the rear wheels - too much weight on the front. It had a high beltline and you did sit low in the car. The power steering was over boosted and the small steering wheel was set so low that it rubbed on the driver's thighs. I have no idea why it was designed that way.
My 67 notchback Barracuda with the 273 V8 was a much more enjoyable ride. It had one of the cleanest design in automobile history. That clean design style was carried on in the 1970 models.
