I'm a fast typist too, and I don't care for many phone calls either. I had
enough of that when we had our business and I don't blame you at all for not
wanting people to make pests of themselves. Just for the record, I would
never rejoice over his death, we don't always agree but I certainly wouldn't
wish him or any other poster dead.
