On a bag of peach slices:
Ingredients: PEACHES, CITRIC ACID (TO PROMOTE COLOR RETENTION) AND
ASCORBIC ACID (TO PROMOTE COLOR RETENTION).

Not so bad really, I use ascorbic acid at times to prevent discoloration.
