Cool! What recipe did you settle on?
I have a bazillion of them here, some in books but more in softcopy.
If you want some in a new line to play with, let me know what sounds
interesting but you havent tried yet and I'll see what I have in that
arena.
One of the new things I am playing with is 'Bakers Brew Coffee Spice'
(Savory Spice Shop product). I'm checking various black pumpernickel
types over and so far I'm liking it mixed with black cumin seed and
Kala Jeera leaf (the actual leaf, not the wikipedia mis-attribute that
says Kala Jeera is black cumin seed and very hard to find).
