That summer I had trouble finding minute tapioca. I ended up finding
some Clubhouse, which seems to be a little finer and less consistent
than the Kraft that I used to get. It worked okay in pies, but was not
as good in pudding. I am still having trouble finding pearl tapioca.
Even the Asian/ Caribbean store I frequent now has only the bubble tea size.
