I did it!

I bought another cheapo skillet from Wally-World. It's a
9.5 inch Mainstays. Cost all of $6USD and the 'non-stick' coating is
waaay better than anything made by "T-Fal", which WW also carries a
line of.

At 3X the cost and half the "non-stick"-iness, I say NAY on the T-Fal
stuff. Anywho, bought the extra Mainstay cuz I usta have a 12"
Mainstay, but WW didn't have 'em when I was there so bought a T-Fal.
Major mistake, in which I hadda return the T-Fal fer being too crappy.

So, now I have two(2) 9.5" Mainstays. One fer everyday use and
another fer back-up.

I use zero metal and still add oil. I got a back-up skillet cuz the
outside finish gets to be all crapped-up from "hob plaque".
