Rainy lazy day here so will be eating a late lunch and probably
no dinner except for a snack. Chicken thighs were on sale for 98
cents lb. Priced for "family packs." All were 5lbs. I got 8
fairly large thighs. 4 of them are in the freezer for another
time.

The other 4 just went into the oven for Betty Crocker's Oven
Fried chicken. It's a favorite for me.

Also making up another batch of mushroom, onion, beef stock to
use as toppings for whatever. Goes good on a baked potato with
butter.

That's probably what I'll have. A thigh or two, baked potato with
mush topping and will microwave up a portion of frozen corn. A
buttered roll or two and ........ :-D
