read again. I never said we ate 12-13 pounds of cheese in a week. I
said that was the amount that is currently in my refrigerator. We do
not purposely limit meat at all. We just simply do not eat great
hunks of eat as you do, we get tired of eating it before the meal is
done. I never in any way told you how much steak to eat -- I don't
care. I was simply pointing out the differences in eating habits. We
eat in moderation and do not count calories, carbs or anything else.
Cheese is most often shredded for a dish, meat is generally cubed or
ground, they are the added flavor for a dish not the whole meal.
