About 25 years ago, my FIL had high cholesterol, and was advised by
his doctor not to eat anything with cholesterol in it. No eggs,
butter, etc. Also, no turkey or chicken skin. So MIL started peeling
the turkey before cooking it.

Now, years later, FIL is long dead and the turkey is still being
skinned.
