As someone here suggested, I used the Auto Roast for whole chicken
setting of the microwave. Seems to use only convection, not microwave
too. No effort. Just prepared the chicken thighs - breaded, sprinkled on
salt, pepper & garlic. Put in glass casserole dish just in case microwave
was used. Set weight to 2.5 lb, lowest available (chicken was a bit less
than 2 lb). Hit Start button. 45 minutes later had four very nicely done
chicken thighs.
