Going into my TO now, 8 large white shrooms stuffed with diced #16 shrimp, med hot red peppers, old bay, garlic and minced stems, all pan cooked. Topping with cheese and not sure on dipper. Maybe c sauce.

Was going to use shrooms for a lasagne but i fd up my wrist.
