I don't know about that. I never found that soft drinks hit the spot.
There is a pleasing tinkle on the palate, but all that sugar left me
thirsting for more. I worked in construction one summer when I was a
teen and while at university I had a summer job in the furnace room of
an alloy smelting plant. Pop never did it for me. The only thing that
really quenched my thirst was black tea.
