I tried it, but forgot the grn pprs (DOH!). Ham, onions, spuds
......came out very tasty. BUT ....they did not stick together like
yer traditional "hashbrown patty".

Still skidded around steel skillet, tho. That skillet IS one
seasoned-assed skillet! Gotta start using my wok, again. Basically
the same sit-zee-ation.

Yep. They all browned up nicely, but it was more like O'Brien taters
(loose). Woulda been even more authentic with grn ppr bits, but was
still quite tasty. Didn't even bother with the eggs. Jes some s/p.
