I can find catfish at the supermarket from time to time. They *claim*
it's not previously frozen. If it isn't, it would have to be well iced
and flown in just for the sale. The sea islands aren't catfish country.

Crawfish/crawdads are definitely not native to these islands. I can
find frozen crawfish tail meat which is fine for the rare times I want
it.
