Default brie / camembert, eat rind?

If you have a perfectly ripe Camembert or Brie, you are going to throw
away half the cheese to get rid of the rind. These cheese are
supposed to be butter soft and almost flowing.
I'd give these cheese a miss if the rind bothers you.
