OB Food: Chicken picatta. Thinly sliced chicken breast cutlets,
lightly dredged in seasoned flour (no egg wash) and browned in olive oil
& butter. Deglaze the pan with a splash of white wine and lemon juice.
Top with a sprinkling of small capers.
