When I make loaded baked potatoes, I scoop out the flesh and roughly
mash it with cream cheese. Then top it with sharp cheddar, caramelized
onion, scallions, bacon and sour cream. Protein, carbs, and fat. It
would be a complete meal except it's lacking the alcohol.
