That's a good idea, I don't have a gas burner but I do have a propane torch.. Now all I need is some matches. I had to whip that up in ten minutes, otherwise, I would have fried that sucker. That would have been just great.

Here's what I made this morning. I had to make this in 15 minutes. I'm getting a work out on fast cooking. This is garlic fried rice with smoked meat. The egg has some ghost pepper flakes on it. My son got this from Trader Joe's when he was on the mainland. I can appreciate the smokey taste but I don't care for how it makes your tongue numb.
