Your basic editing is an improvement but then you didn't have much to
work with... no software can turn a sow's ear into a silk purse... I
tried too but not much one can do with that fuzzy wuzzy photo and a
poorly plated subject... pitifully few could discern raviolis:

If the subject line didn't say ravioli I'd never ever guess.
Those sallow yallow mustard plates need to go to Good Will... or
better yet a landfill.
