(Hi!) The reason I don't trust it is that I learned my lesson on
a meat grinder part. I never did manage to clean it enough to make
gray color from rubbing off onto the meat so I gave up.
Of course, that's different because you can't reach into that part
to clean it (which is why it went into the dishwasher!). I will
try cleaning this one, then I'll have a spare, but I wasn't going
to attempt the white icing using a beater that colors stuff gray.
