I keep looking at it and without googling a recipe, I think the main
part I wouldnt like is the pasta addition. The rest seems to be
buckwheat cooked in probabably chicken broth until absorbed? Oh and
mushrooms added.

A spoon or 2 at the side would have gone well on my plate.
