I have liked ginger snaps for as long as I can remember. We rarely by
cookies, but a few years ago we used to occasionally pick up ginger
cookies with bits if ginger stem in them. It's been a while, so I don't
remember the brand. A few years ago I found a recipe online for
Starbucks ginger cookies. I deviated slightly from the recipe by adding
chopped up pieces of candied ginger.
