Likewise, but I can down a half duck ina heartbeat.

I recall a seafood resto in Sacramento CA called The Rusty Duck. I
once ordered half a roasted duck. It was excellent and prolly one of
the few times I've ever eaten duck. It was not --as many would have
you believe-- dripping in it's own fat. It was a lovely dish.
