Â* Anybody got a good recipe for venison sausage ? I've looked at a few
online , and have all the spices used in most of them . I'm looking for
a sage flavor without a lot of heat . The wife spotted 4 deer standing
out in the power line easement/clearing this morning , so I shot one .
This one is destined for sausage and deer burger , maybe some jerky .
Last one is all roasts and a couple of packages of pieces for jerky or
soup/stew . What I do with the next one depends on how this one turns
out ...
