My tolerance increased rapidly. I did not start eating hot spicy food
until I was in my 20s. I like to have some zip in my food. However,
there is a limit. One has to remember that the hot spice going into
your body has to go out of the body and it is not completely
neutralized. I learned my lesson after heating suicide wings. They were
pretty hot but I managed to eat them. I paid for that experience the
next day. I know longer push the limit on ingesting hot spicy foods.
